Delivery Issues

Steve was hired to deliver my new BMW in pristine shape. Upon arrival, in Florida Steve was demanding and would not let me set the time for the delivery. (Which by the way was going to be the same day) My car was delivered with a damaged front windshield. I tried to get Steve to fix this but he refused. I then called Steve directly many times. I also sent him many letters. The address on his shipping receive was bogus. Steve never got back with me. I called Car Shipper USA, LLC who arranged the transportation. They were of no use.

To me the only thing that really matters is if the car is delivered with no damage to it. When there was an issue Steve was no where to be found. This is unacceptable and anyone who uses him needs to know that if there is an issue you will be unable with the results.

This vehicle was delivered in perfect condition. Kyle called 3 DAYS LATER, to say it had a chip in the windshield AFTER, he took the car to the car wash. He then harassed my insurance company for weeks. After he realized he couldn't get a freebie repair for something he did, he gave up. I had to sit in the car with him to show him how to start it. How come no mention of a chip in the windshield then? Nice try though.
