I was very fortunate to have contacted Rock Bottom Price and spoke to Michael was was very receptive in finding a driver to transport my car from Fl to Oh on such short notice. I explained the problem I had with the companies I previously had spoken to who quoted me a price of $499.00 never mentioning a fee and changing the price after I had agreed to use their services. I then received emails for 2 contracts from the same company from 2 agents with 2 different prices for their service 1for a $200.00 deposit and 1for a$150.00 deposit. I then called several companies and got a run around from them. Michael then returned my call and informed me to cancel any verbal contract by email which I immediately did. Michael was very informative and up front with the total cost of transporting my car with Rock Bottom he also was very kind and helpful as I was very stressed out with my previous experience. All phases of pickup and delivery were on schedule as quoted. Thank you.
