Roadrunner communication is terrible. Three different employees apologized, said they would check on issue & call back. They never call back. Seems to be a friendly way to get you off the phone.
Fortunately, I called the transport company direct (roadrunner is just a broker). My car arrived a day late & at the wrong location. Roadrunner never realized that it was sent to the wrong place. Freaked me out - thought it was stolen.
No way I would use roadrunner again…
