Rude, worst customer service

Road runners customer service was very unprofessional. My pickup date was confirmed and paid in advance, they booked a driver, drafted the fees then changed the driver the day of pickup and redrafted fees. The last minute change moved to a driver that was over-hours. My pickup was over 72 late for pickup, which is in breach of their service guarantee. I had stayed in the town to move this vehicle and this tardiness almost made me miss my plane. I had called roadrunner to ask for help, to ensure my vehicle would leave soon. They were very rude, adamantly told me they wouldn't issue a return (even when I didn't ask). The young lady on the phone didn't want to give the name of her manager and then she said she wouldn't transfer to so that I could discuss this. She said if I wanted to rebook, she would push my pickup date put 2 weeks. I was so appalled at the attitude and will never recommend this business to anyone. Sad that this company still exists.
