I recently uprooted my family from Virginia to California and needed a reputable auto transport company. I searched, and searched...and searched until I stumbled across Rhino Transporter Inc. Like every skeptic, I had a million and one questions for Josh. To my surprise, he answered every last one of them and was extremely professional. He really put my mind at ease, and was helpful at every step of the process. He (Josh) was timely and responsive. It was his professionalism and commitment to getting the job done that won us over! Most of the salesmen that I had spoken to prior to going with Rhino were too pushy and overly persuasive. Josh was even-keeled, knowledgable, and personable. Josh never gave me any reason to distrust him, so I put my faith in him and entrusted him with our only vehicle. Long story short...he delivered! My car arrived two days earlier than expected (the driver called ahead of time to arrange the early drop off), there were no additional scratches or dings on the car, and most of all, my wife was pleased with the service! Thanks Josh for turning this once skeptic into a believer! I will use your company for all future moves!
