Choosing a carrier to ship our car from Atlanta, out to no-man's land Colorado, was a little stressfulbut turned out so well! We contacted a few of the majors (InnerCity, Passport, and Reliable). One of them did not service the area. One of them charged extra for the rooftop box and delivery would have been a few hours away to a much larger town. Reliable 1. Delivered to a small mountain town, and 2. Had a very competitive price, did not charge for our Thule rooftop box, and 3. Had very good communication up front (over the phone) on what to expect. Now to where the rubber hits the road. We received a call from our driver, Ed, a day ahead to schedule time/place of pickup. Ed was a rock star. The car was thoroughly inspected and scratches documented ahead of time. The car was secured very well (all 4 wheels). Re delivery, we were kept up to date on expected delivery time, and found a meeting place in our small mountain town. The car, not an exotic, just your run of the mill Subaru Forester, arrived in Perfect condition. And attached is a pic of the Reliable truck in the mountains, to boot. (Ed mentioned he drives this truck in NYC, boggles my mind). This turned out to be such a seamless, easy process, and I am so thankful for that. And Ed, thanks for getting our Subaru here safely, we appreciate it! All the best!
