After extensive review of the rating system, and customer comments on Transportation Review and their own website, I chose Red Carpet. I was more comfortable with the way they required no deposit before the car was picked up, a small deposit upon pickup, and 85% of the total price only after the car was in my hands and signed off as undamaged. My contact person was Heather Richardson, who was positive, cooperative, prompt and consistent. When the carrier was not there on the assigned day, Heather was all over the problem, and they were there at eight o'clock the next morning. She responded when I called, and communicated even when I didn't. The car arrived here three day early, as-shipped, with no untoward events. I had bad experiences with two previous transport companies, so I was extremely cautious, but Red Carpet delivered on everything. I'll stick with them the next time.
