Was supposed to pick up on 9/21. Called to say he quit the job. Called on 9/22 to say he was back and would pick up and said delivery would be in 5 days. I called on 9/27 to find out status an did not receive call back. Called on 9/29 and received call back. Car was delivered on Sun night around 8pm and was filthy covered with oil film and unable to see out windows. The overall experience was very upsetting for me.
