Experience with Red Carpet in general and Heather Pearson in particular has been excellent. Quotes were accurate, my Jeep was picked several days earlier than expected and driver, Mike did a great job of communicating and being on time at the location specified to pick up the vehicle.

Heather called to let us know how and when the driver would contact us and then called to followup after the Jeep was picked up, great job!
