Bad experience & I do not wish the same to anyone

I contacted Red carpet & they agreed on my quote of 725$ waited for a week 2 and after 3 weeks and the car was not picked so I asked what is going on, he said there is no one want to transport your car with that price , I said but you agreed on this price and said you would find me someone! then few days he called me and said I found a driver but wants a 1000$, I refused and said I will just pay $850( which is more than what other companies offered me in the begining ) , just because i want to be done with this, so he accepted the 850.

I am very unhappy with the service I got from red carpet, it was almost a month late, manipulated me in the money and did not call me when the car was picked, overall I will not recommend them at all !

Jack thanks for taking the time to leave a review but like I said several times when we talked the original quote I gave you was for $850 and you wanted me to try to find drivers for $725. If your wanting to save more money you have to be a little more patient because I quote you the price cars are being picked up in a 1-10 day window. Also with Hurricane Sandy hitting in the first week we were trying to find drivers it pushed everything back and pricing was effected. I cant make drivers pickup cars for less then other cars because they decide how they load their trucks and they are working people just like everyone else. I did call and email you for both Pickup and delivery and let the driver know you were going to be at a different location for delivery. I apologize that you weren't completely satisfied but it wasn't from a lack of trying on my end and I wish you the best. Best Regards, Scott
