In every way, my experience with Andrew Smith could not have been better. Andrew is a "car guy" and is truly committed to making the transportation process as simple and worry free as possible. Without hesitation I will use Andrew again every time I ship a car.

This was my first time having a vehicle transported across the country. The vehicle being shipped was a classic car in excellent shape and I was very concerned about how it would be treated, particularly because I chose to have it moved by open-transport. Andrew addressed each of my concerns individually, which was greatly reassuring. We shared a number of personal stories about our past car experiences and I always enjoyed our conversations.

Andrew called me as soon as the vehicle was picked up and told me the approximate date on which it would be delivered. On the day of scheduled delivery, I called him to check-in and he immediately put me in contact with the driver. The delivery occurred later that day. The vehicle arrived in excellent shape and the driver was extremely knowledgable, personable, and professional.
