I am in the Military and once again, I have to move!
I called range and spoke to Rachel, she was nice at first, very prompt in taking the Deposit!! but after that, your calls will be ignored (seems more like screened! one time I called and she answered and hung up and sure enough, I tried again and straight to voicemail!!)
I stated that I needed the vehicle picked up on the 04th of NOV!!. Later I called to change it to ASAP! she said OK no problem!!, and again I stated that I will be gone by 8th NOV. of course, no problem!!.
As the days get closer and closer to my departure, I started to get nervous. I decided to google Range auto transport and sure enough I see the rratings and comments, still I already had given the deposit and I was at the mercy of Range Auto Transport!! I crossed my fingers and hoped, no they won't do me like them!! I didn't want to believe it, but it was indeed too good to be true. I also mentioned to her about these reviews and left messages to her asking about them and the SCAM comments. She says don't worry it's not a scam, and again, I was nice and believed that I will get serviced.. I was forced to leave my vehicle to a friend so when the vehicle is shipped in a few days, all he had to do is give the driver the keys, I left on the 8th of November!! Got the info to Rachel and that was my last communication!!! "We'll have a driver for you soon!"
Well it is now the 14th!!!! No calls no updates, car still in Virginia!!
This was my last email yesterday! NO RESPONSE!

Any updates?? I think a pickup date of 4 Nov and its 13 Nov!! Is reasonable enough, thanksgiving is around the corner and I'm going to need my ride by then, I was fortunate enough to find someone who can watch my car, but I think I shouldn't have to!! Please if the truck won't ship this week let me know so you can cancel the order and I'll go with someone who can!!!!
Unlike me, Please read reviews before jumping in!! I went for cheap and got exactly that.
Now I moved on to another carrier and it haven't even been a day and I already had more communication with the new carrier than Range Auto Transport.
I have other friends who will need vehicle transport so it's Range's loss.
LOOK at the REVIEWS, rlook at the bad reviews closely and look at the postitive!! if you read CAREFULLY, there's a pattern her folks!! I didn't want to see it, but that's because I already bit into the BS!!! I went cheap and for $200 more , I could've had my car here by now. Instead I am paying more!!!!!
