Quality Relocation Services transported my son's car from New Hampshire to McChord AFB in Washington State. When the car arrived it was filthy. The driver told my son that this was normal, and to run it through the car wash and it would be fine. What he found after the car wash was not fine. The paint was severely damaged from front to back. There were a bunch of rocks in the gaps between the trunk lid and the body and underneath in the chassis. When I called the company, they gave us the run around with voice mails. They told me that the claims person, Alan, was not there, but he would be in tomorrow and would call us. We sent before and after photos of the vehicle. No one ever returned our calls. My son had an estimate done for the damage which was $8500.00. We have started legal action against them at this time. Save yourself a lot of headaches and stay clear of this company. Accidents happen, but a good company will take responsibility for the damage they cause. This company will not. My son is a 19 year old Airman in the US Air Force. He is a long way from home and shouldn't have been treated like this. They have no respect for US soldiers and should be avoided at all costs! All military personnel should take notice and avoid this company like the plague!
Update to Review: 6-17-14 Quality Relocation Services tried to get this review removed. They said that they didn't have any paperwork for the shipment of my son's vehicle and suggested that I made this whole thing up! I submitted a copy of the bill of lading to Transport Reviews and my review was restored. The Better Business Bureau gives Quality Relocation Services an "F" rating. Please avoid the cost and trouble we have endured. "STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY"
