i dont normally write reviews, but the service i received from this company was the worst! first of all, i have to send them follow up emails for my inquiries because they dont respond right away. the driver delivered ahead of the agreed schedule! so ahead that we were not even at texas yet. schedules are set for a reason. driver was very demanding and disrespectful. he even threat us that he can just leave our car at a towing company and we will pay more since nobody was there to receive the car. good thing we were able to contact one of my husband's friend to receive the car. the interior of our suv have black hand prints everywhere! so disgusting! and the nightmare didnt stop from here. this company charged me on dec 6 and another charge is pending foe dec 9!! i am beyond dissatisfied with this company's service. i emailed jenny to tell her every detail that was going on, and instead of offering me a discount for all the INCONVENIENCE, nada!! we will definitely write to BBB because this company is a JOKE!
