It was very hard for me to find a specific rust free car model here in Illinois due the harsh winters so I looked to buy a car in Texas where I found it. Trouble was it was not road worthy so I contacted Progressive had them deliver the car to me, I was very pleased with the communication and their professionalism, I will deal with again.
