My 1997 Jeep Wrangler was picked up at Benita Springs, Florida By KC Transport, Rafael Lobaina and delivered to my farm in Leasburg, North Carolina. I had a three day pickup window and John Ashley of Progressive Auto Relocation was able to make the arrangements and procure a transporter in about a week. With the exception of an unforeseeable transport truck mechanical problem that delayed the delivery by two days, everything went fine. Rafael closely communicated with me during the whole process and the delay wasn't an issue for me. I found John and Rafael to be polite, considerate and professional. The Jeep was carefully transported and it's contents undisturbed. I wouldn't hesitate to use John Ashley and Rafael Lobaina again and highly recommend them. Jeffery C. Nidle
