I am thinking about how to start talking about my experience with this company. I did saw some good reviews before I chose it, but don't know why it turned out to be really bad experience on me. When they sent me the quote, which is $950, I called them and made a reservation since this is a reasonable price to me. And the gentleman I was talking to on the phone, (don't know his name and thought I should have asked), that they'll charge me $200 on my credit card, and I will only have to pay $750, which in total will be $950, when I get my car in LA. I confirm to him on this couple times then I chose to trust him, which turns out I was wrong. On the day when the driver came to pick my car, I called the company to make sure everything is okay. Then I was told I still have to pay $950 upon delivery of my car, which is not acceptable to me at all. I paid $200 with my credit card already. I tried to negotiate with the company, but unfortunately I didn't put everything in writing and couldn't find out who I was talking to when made the order. Things suck with them and I got a lesson too.
