I liked the follow up exibited. Matthew was friendly and courteous. The only hitch I had was that originally, I agreed to a $395 charge for one vehicle. Then I added another for the same fee. The day of the pickup, the fee changed. I am not sure why. Maybe the original carrier couldn't make the pickup, but I am not sure.
I asked the actual carrier if he changed his price and said that he hadn't. He was contacted the day before the pickup and his fee would have been the $495 ($100 higher) each.
Other than that, it was a good experience
