Plaza Auto Transport had two weeks to find a trucker for my truck. I was garanteed and assured not to worry as they had it priced right at $650.00 and they would find a trucker definitely!! Pick up was at Montebello, CA and delivery was at Lawrence, Kansas. I made it clear to Robbie that I was willing to go up in price as I needed to get this truck picked up but, he said it was fine. I had to constantly call the get updates and EVERY SINGLE TIME I was assured they would find a trucker. You would think they would move the price up since they had no takers but, I suppose they do NOT know what they are doing. I spoke mostly to Robbie however, Roger would answer at times and sound very irritated. One one occasion closer to the last day I spoke to Robert, he claimed he was the Manager and he was very unprofessional and told me they didn't want my business.
Day of the supposed pick up, they still did not have a driver. I called National Auto Transport as another back up and within MINUTES they had tons of trucker wanting to pick up the truck. They had it priced at $1000 due to the urgency. Again, I called Plaza Auto Transport to see if they had any progress but, instead I was yelled at by Robert who told me I already had it listed with someone else so they weren't able to "of course" find someone for me. I told him I needed a back up since they werent able to do anything for me!
To make a long story short, they do NOT know what they are doing and if you want your vehicle picked up and delivered, DO NOT USE THEM. Also, very unprofessional, smooth talking, could care less type of attitude. Bottomline, they do not care and don't want to be doing that!!!
Would recommend using anyone else but if you want ACTION call National Auto Transport and ask for TRAN!!! Thank you and feel free to call me with a full explanation!
