Given that this was the first time that I ever shipped a car, I was very nervous and stressed by the whole idea, having to have to entrust my car (paid for already) to a company that I know nothing about, and an industry that I know even less about.

Well, after talking to at least seven different companies (brokers) and reading about even more, I was still uneasy and confused. What really made me nervous was that I did not know if these reviews were authentic or not because, I saw where some reviews and "some brokers" stated that these reviews were fake. Well, my review that I am now writing is as real as authentic can get.

Paul at Plaza Auto Transport really earned my business and somehow got me to trust in him and his company. He really held my hand and promised me that my car was going to be alright. I prayed about it because it was so confusing to me and my daughter needed the car in Florida, undamaged and in one piece.

It turned out that I had a wonderful experience and could not have asked for a better one! Immediately after I paid my brokers deposit/fee, Paul put my order on their board and a driver picked it up within 15 minutes. The driver arranged (with me) to pick the car up the next day but, he staretd calling me to see if he could pick it up that night (which was the SAME day I placed the order)! I was very, very happy that it was moving so fast and the driver was nice, cool and professional. He picked the car up, in FRONT on my quiet residential home and I was pleased to see nice and expensive cars that he had already picked up!

The car just arrived in Florida, right on time as promised, and my daughter called to report that she has the car and I am SO HAPPY!

THANK YOU - PAUL and I will certainly entrust you and Plaza Auto Transport again for any future auto transport needs that I may have.
