After previous bad experience with another broker, I called Kathy at Phoenix. Although it took about 10 days to find a carrier, they arrived exactly when they said they would on pick-up and drop-off was on time as well. Total transit time was less than 24 hours. The vehicle arrived damage free. Kathy was outstanding with communication, and promptly returned all telephone calls.
