I contacted Mike about shipping my car from Okinawa Japan to Texas through the internet. He stated he could do it for me. He told me the price and I agreed to contract with him on 7 Dec 10. On 9 Dec 10 Mike accepted the contract. 21 Dec 10 Mike told me I could drop the car off anytime at the port. After a couple of emails I got an email from the port in Okinawa and they told me they could not ship my car. I left Okinawa on 7 Jan 11 and my car was still in Okinawa. Mike had told me as advertised on his web page that I would receive a 30% discount on his broker fee but he had already taked the $4750 so he said he would refund me the differance ($230). He never did after many calls, he kept telling me that there must be a problem with his bank. 3 Feb 11 Mike sent me a message that the car should be in port by 7 Feb and I should have the car by 12 or 13 Feb so i went and bought car insurance. On 14 Feb Mike told me that the car was held up in customs because they needed a letter on Chrysler letterhead stating the car was made in the USA. 17 Feb Mike told me that my car should be on the road that day or the next. 18th, 19th and 20th of Feb I sent a message asking if the car was on the way but no answer. Then Mike told me the transport truck had broken down in AZ and it should be here within 2 days. After 2 days no car so I called the broker at the port and Alex L. McGarry, CHB Supervisor told me that the car was still in CA because the paperwork was still not done. So after Alex told me what he needed I got the paperwork togeather and sent it to him. The car was finally released on 15 March and Mike gave me the transport company name and told me they were already paid with a $1000 for the transport. 17 March I was called by the transport truck driver and he told me that the car was COD and he needed $500 to release the car. I called Mike but only got answer machine so I emailed him and told him the problem. He told me he would take car of it. When the truck driver arrived on 17 March he told me someone stilled owed him $500 so I paid him and he gave me a receipt on his company paperwork. So my car was in port from 7 Feb until 15 March and all during that time I had to rent a car to get to and from work. I have all of the emails to back this up if anyone wants to see them. I still have not gotten the $230 or $500 from Mike.
