This was an excellent business interaction in all aspects. We were not on a firm schedule to deliver the from Kansas to Washington but there were constraints imposed by the seller and buyers availability schedule.

John Scharff, the Passport account rep worked with these constraints with complete courtesy and professionalism. He maintained phone and email communication through the process and went beyond simply responding to enquiries. There were a few steps in the process in which John would take the initiative to establish contact to ensure that everything was moving forward properly.

Needless to say the car was delivered in the same condition in which it was picked up.

I would not hesitate to use Passport again for speciality car delivery.
