I recently purchased a car online from Drivers Image in Skokie, Ill. After several bad experiences with other carrriers in getting this car delivered, we canceled those and scheduled with Passport. Although I became a little impatient, the car was shipped and delivered as promised. The encouraging part of this took place with the delivery. I forgot the driver's last name although I was given his business card but Kurt made my experience enjoyable and to the point that I will probably purchase another automobile online. Kurt gave me a call to let me know what time he would have my car delivered. this did not fit my time frame but Kurt told me that he would galdly wait the extra hour and a half until I could get there. Once I arrived, Kurt was a true pleasure to meet and to speak with. He took great care to make sure the car came off of the trailer as I'm sure he put it on. The car was shipped with the front lip spoiler unattached since it sit so low to the ground and Kurt offered to take over an hour to assist with reattaching it. I couldn't believe a person would offer to do such a nice gesture. My wife and I then ask Kurt to come to our house and have lunch with us and he gladly accepted. He showed me some cars that he had delivered thoroughout his 16 years with your company and told me the story of Passport. We talked for some time after lunch and I really enjoyed the friendship that we kindled in a short period of time. Your company should really feel blessed by having such a driver. I am sure this is the type of employee every company hopes to have working for them. I look forward to speaking with Kurt sometime in the near future and I have given him an open invitation to stop in anytime he might pass through. Thanks again for everything your company did in getting this car to me.
