I wasted a lot of time waiting for Rockbottom to have my vehicles picked up and nothing. I paid Mike extra for his commission, raised the price two different times and nothing. I contacted Passport and got a guaranteed pickup time and delivery. They did both and the GPS tracking was great! The drivers were very careful and even had a towel and a little spray bottle to apply for the slightest fingerprint. Passport had none of this bull about a deposit and I paid when my vehicle was delivered. I can't say enough about their great service !!!!!!!
