I hired Passage as Armani was a great talker and convinced me he could get my car picked up on-time. He charged me $75 upfront and told me to pay the rest in cash to the driver, He knew from the start the window of time I had- 2 days available for pickup. I also informed him that I didnt care how long it took to get my car and I was ok with 2+ weeks in case they needed to do multi-carrier transport. Today as I post this review, its a day after my window which he committed to have the car picked up. I have sent him emails earlier this week asking for confirmation but no reply. I called his phone >10 times and left 2 voicemails before the pickup window hoping to get a driver name and company and also no reply. I called my credit card company and they gave me his corporate number- yeah no reply & goes straight to voicemail. In the end for the immediate rush, I hired another company who charged me more, but got my vehicle picked up on time, on schedule and with a driver that I felt very comfortable with. Not to mention, I get my car in 3 days. Passage is a FRAUD beware! Find someone reliable.
