I had Parker transport two cars form me, one from Seattle to Texas, and one from Philadelphia to Texas. Everything about both transport experiences was great. The prices were good, the customer service was excellent, the vehicles were picked up when they said they would be, and one was delivered early, the other right on time. I was particularly impressed with the level of customer service. A person was always at the office to pick up the phone, often the owner of the business herself, and information was provided in a timely manner. Emails always received a prompt reply. If I ever had to transport a car again, I wouldn't bother shopping around; I'd go straight to Parker.
