Nontransport of vehicle

We had a major problem and the transporter did not pick up the vehicle. This company (if they really are one) acts more like a scam artist than a transporter. First off, the seller of the vehicle, in Missouri (where the vehicle was to be picked up) called the Transportation Broker several times and spoke to several different representatives who stated the driver (Palsol Transport) would contact him. Without going into every little detail (which would take up more space than we have here), the transporter (Palsol) finally called (the seller waited for hours; actually almost all day and most of the evening, without communication) and stated he was about 100 miles away. A good while later (now it is between 10:30 pm and 11:30 pm) the individual stated he is in Platt City (The name of the town may be incorrect as I am doing this from memory of my conversation with the seller and I am not familiar with the area) which is about 12 miles away from the shipping point (residence) although it is on the interstate. The seller at this point advised he would be willing to drive the vehicle from his residence into the center of town (Smithville), to a well lighted location where it would be easy to manuever a carrier and even assist in loading (the seller works for a trucking firm). Palsol Transportation advised the seller that he should drive the vehicle to Platt City, which is simply ludicrious. Especially at this point at night, and after no communications all day, it is really beyond comprehension. Now, trying to be as helpful as possible, the seller advised he would be able to do this in the morning, as early as 5AM and get a ride back to his residence. (Of course the seller should NOT have to do this anyway- but I am illustrating the extent to which the seller was willing to go to help out. Palsol then said something to the seller about them (Palsol) driving over to Smithville in a car or something else (not the carrier) and leaving with the vehicle- supposedly to take back to the carrier. Now does any of this make any sense at all??????!!! What does this guy have a spare driver and a spare vehicle which follows his carrier around? How does he make any money having two vehicles drive to his pickup locations? At this point, the seller refused (and rightfully so!). What carrier shows up and drives a vehicle away (supposedly to a location where his carrier is, when there is no difficulty in reaching the AGREED location. AND, I am paying for the transporter to pick up the vehicle, DOOR TO DOOR. Second, after very hours of NON-communication, the seller is willing to get up early in the morning, make the trip with TWO vehicles and get another person to drive the second vehicle (the vehicle to be shipped and another vehicle to get home) and Palsol Transportation, who are not doing what they are contractually obligated to do, still refuses. Something is just not right. While this has been tremendously inconvenient, I am thankful the seller didn't just let some individual drive off with the vehicle I just purchased. I would be more than willing to go over this in detail; contact me.
