This was my first experience shipping a car, and I am very satisfied with the service provided by Orange Auto Transport and their contract carrier (Safe Auto). The information provided with the quote was very informative and there were no surprises anywhere in the process. My daughter was completing an internship in California and flying home for the holidays and a new job and we had a very narrow window (one day) for the pick-up. The car was indeed picked up on the requested date and delivered exactly as estimated in Ohio five days later. The customer service reps at Orange were friendly and helpful as were the drivers and their dispatcher. I have no qualms about recommending Orange Auto Transport and would gladly use them again if the need arises.
