Before dealing with this company you might want to weigh your options. We received several offers from several companies to ship our car. Ontrack Auto Transport was not the cheapest but seemed to be the most customer service friendly. I say seemed because we have had an issue with the billing for this service and we have been unable to reach anyone to resolve the matter despite repeated phone calls and emails.I signed a customer agreement on August 26, 2013 for the transport of a 1939 Oldsmobile from Oklahoma to Wisconsin. I was quoted a price of $600 for this service. I was told that I would be charged a reservation fee of $150 and the balance of $450 would be given to the driver when he delivered the vehicle. The $150 reservation fee was withdrawn from my account on September 2, 2013. When the driver got here on September 3, I was told that I owed $500 instead of $450. I immediately called the agent that I had been working with. He stated that the reservation fee was actually supposed to be $100, not $150. Since the driver would not let our vehicle off the truck without $500 we went ahead and gave the driver another $50. I told the agent I would email him documentation of the $150 reservation fee being taken from my account. The agent assured me that the $50 would be refunded to us. I emailed the agent the required documentation and got no response. I have called 4 times and left messages trying to get this resolved and have gotten no response. Since then the agent has called me back and stated that he no longer works for Ontrack and I should contact them directly. I have called and emailed and received no responses.
