Official Auto Transport, PO BOX 144161 Coral Cables, FL 33114. This company is not legit. They are not a member of the BBB. I contact Offical Auto Transport because their quote was the cheapest. I spoke with Steve and told him that I needed my car picked up on 6/11/07. He said that wouldn't be a problem and took my cc information down. Moments later I received an email conformation, but the first available date was 6/14/07. I called him telling him that the date I reserved for was for 6/11, he then told me that they didn't have that date available. I said to cancel the order because I was relocating as of 6/11 and I wouldn't be in California, he said he would change it and my car would be picked up on 6/11. Needless to say, my car was never picked up. I would call and could NEVER GET A LIVE PERSON, just voicemail. I left messages and NO ONE WOULD CALL ME BACK. For 2 weeks, I would call to check the status and I kept getting the runaround. Have the time, they didn't answer the phone, and when I called, and did get a live person, they would tell me Steve wasn't in. I asked for the Owner's phone # and they woiuld say they didn't have it. They said they would call me back, but never got a phone call. I kept callling nonstop and when Steve did answer the phone, he would say they are still trying to locate a driver. To make a long story short, they took my deposit of $125 and never gave it back. 2 weeks later I get a phone call telling me they got a driver. I asked them for their MC# and they just igored me.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

We would never tell a customer that we did not have a date available. We are upfront and honest with all our customers including JB. We were definitely in communication with this customer and we always provide our MC number. This review of the company contains many lies. We have several customer service agents and each one checks voice mail religiously. We are very big on customer service and take it very seriously so that we can avoid problems such as the ones described in this review.
