I had a specific window for my vehicle to be picked up and I started the selection process 10 days beforehand. I filled out a form on the internet which was broadcast to many companies. I learned the hard way there are brokers that want the listing and then leave you hanging because they plan to keep 30% of the fee. No driver will pick up your vehicle for the fee posted by the broker, so you'll be asked to pay more as time runs out. Max told me what it would cost and a time frame when vehicle would be picked up. The driver delivered vehicle a day earlier than quoted and was very courteous. It was refreshing to work with a company that honored the agreement without trickery and deception.
