Bait and Switch a 2nd Time, Price went back up!

***UPDATE 2***
So today I got a phone call from the carrier who picked up my vehicle letting me know the time he would be by and the cost was again 800 not 750 as Steve had told me was the case in his email to me. (Again this is on top of the 125 I paid them to arrange transport which was only supposed to cost 700 on delivery totaling in 825)
I have tried contacting Steve to no avail so yet again I am in the same position, the Price went from 825 to 925, then after everything Steve told me at 875 he could make it happen. Now here I am about to get my vehicle and its going to be 925 again. Why can't anything be done correctly? Why can't they simply respond? Why can't what they say be what the actual deal is?

Very upsetting.I will continue my BBB complaint as well, it seems those are all that get this company's attention.

***UPDATE***
Steve has contacted me and apologized, I was told what happened should not have and that they want to make the situation right. For now I am changing my review to reflect the current update. Should everything workout I will redo my review to reflect that. I certainly hope that to be the case as we have used up a lot of time already.

I hope everything ends up working out.

First I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well, #90240080.

I agreed to have Noble Auto Carriers ship a vehicle for me.
The agreed to price was 825 and they had over 15 days to arrange transport which they said would be no problem. (I was in no rush we could be completely flexible on this pickup) I provided a 125 Deposit to them with my credit card.

Today after asking for an update last week I was sent an email stating it would now cost 925, a 100 above our agreed to price. When I told them no I decline the price increase I was told tough luck and hung up on by Steve.
I was then sent documentation asking me to sign a new agreement for 925. I informed them via email that I would not sign the new documentation.
I then proceeded to contact my credit card company over the charge since they did not honor our agreement. The Credit Card Company put them on a 3 way call and they (Noble Auto) proceeded to be very rude and they continued to refuse to handle the situation.

I cannot work with a business that conducts themselves in such a manor. Not to mention they feel they can just push a client into a different price. I made it clear I was not in a Rush we set a date of the 15th but I made sure they knew it was flexible. This was just improper customer service and a bait and switch routine to get my deposit.

I have filed a claim with the BBB and my Credit Card Company. Should I get any further grief from them I will also be contacting my legal representatives at Davis Miles Law-firm.

Be warned, a company may not be able to make everyone happy but this was a very easy, non-time constrained situation that turned into a nightmare with very unprofessional customer treatment. I think that this is something everyone should be aware of. Hopefully it does not happen again.
