Fraudulent Brokers Stay Away!!!

Stay away from Nick's USA Transport, they are a fraudulent transport company and will screw you. The sales person I dealt with was Jenny Miller who played with me for about a month. I needed my Mercedez Sprinter box truck transported and she said they would find someone right away and that they have transported these types of trucks many times. After a little over 2 weeks they finally found a driver to pick up my truck. Come pick up day I get a call from them claiming the driver was unable to fit my truck onto his trailer, I get upset but thats fine I gave them another chance. Another 1 and half weeks later I get a call from Jenny that they have a guaranteed pick up this time and she forwards me all the info. Day of the pick up I get a call from theyre incompetant robot dispatcher named Vivian who basically ruined my weekend. She very unprofessionally tells me that theyre new driver was yet again unable to pick up my truck because it was supposedly to large for the trailer, she goes on to tell me that it is my fault for not giving them accurate dimensions and that they have already charged me some bogus $105 dollar fee to my credit card for something that was 100% theyre fault. From day 1 I sent them dimensions and actual pictures via e-mail, I even specifically told Jenny to e-mail pictures to the new driver to be 100% sure this time, but no its my fault some how and I am out $105 dollars and a month of my time.
