Customer service provided prompt,courteous and knowledgeable service by Michael Turner from first momemt I talked with him. He took a bad experience I had had with another company and turned around and by the end of the day had my daughters car on the road home. I sincerely am grateful to Michael and also Vivian for helping me with this move and only wish I had received a call from them first as it would have made this transaction less stressful.
