Ray was helpful from the beginning with the schedule of the pick up of the car, however, when it came time to pick up the keys to the car, it got a little confusing, as someone other than the driver came to pick up the keys and didn't communicate well in English. When the car was delivered we weren't told that we needed COD and since it was delivered at 9pm the banks were closed and finally the guy agreed to take a check and some cash but Ray should have informed us that we needed to have cash on hand to pay the delivery which we could have got earlier in the day.
