I was new to the business of shipping a car and there was a learning curve that made me feel like the business wasnt customer orientated... book the broker theeen they find the driver... they have hopes to get it shipped on a certain day for a certain amount of money and will work hard to try and find that but sometimes the transporters/drivers just have booked loads or there are smaller cars that are going for the same price as yours so of course they wil fill their load with more revenue generating cars (i would, make dat money honey!), its just coming to an understanding of how that all plays out... I found a broker who even sent me a screen shot of the log of cars that were on my route so i could either decide to offer a bit more money so my car would be more desirable or i could wait a bit longer for the log to thinout and get it picked up then... All I wanted was a broker that was up front about the system and worked on both our halves... Mario did that and on top of that was just a nice guy, some of the other people i chatted with were just rude and pure trash talk of any other broker, Mario kept it professional and I appreciated his respect for others... pick-up and drop off was late but i get its a fluid situation, traffic and other cars to pick-up and drop off, just be flexible (within reason) for this.... ok, thats my input, good luck shipping and enjoy your car! thanks to Mario (broker), Andre (dispatch) and Roman (driver)!
