Overall, the process was pleasant and the car arrived soon after a driver was contracted. The agent, Joe, initially requested additional money beyond the verbally agreed upon price, because the available drivers had to cross bridges and pay expensive tolls and fuel costs from NJ to Long Island. I said I could wait until a driver was available that would not boost our price. Success! Keep your sense of humor whomever you choose because it can be nervewracking.
