Some discrepancies fixed by a more knowledgeable Rep

I was initially assisted by a lady named Tracy before being helped by Alex. She told me that the entire trip would cost $700, no other fees. However, there was some miscommunication and once Alex helped me out, he realized that I didn't pay for my insurance agreement for the car. It was disappointing that Tracy couldn't specify what payments I'd be making beforehand, but Alex fixed the problem. Also, the initial delivery destination paperwork stated a city one hour from my actual destination. Because of this, I had to pay an extra fee because Alex asked for a last minute favor from another driver. I suppose these types of discrepancies are sometimes what happens when someone, like Tracy, is transferring to another department and will no longer be assisting someone. However, I'm grateful for Alex's quick help. His replies to me were always prompt. When I was unable to answer his phone calls (which was often), he always left a voicemail or text. Thank you for your help Alex!
