Greenwich Village NYC to Vancouver BC

I recently used Nationwide to move my car from a very busy part of NYC to Vancouver BC.

There were multiple challenges: (i) a car carrier will not fit in the busy and narrow streets of Greenwich Village- (ii) chain of possession cannot be maintained all the way to customer pick up when crossing the border- and (iii) I wasn't available to get to Seattle from Vancouver on the day my car was meant to arrive.

Regarding 1 - Chris and Andrew worked with me to find a parking lot within 10 minute walking distance to the PATH train system in New Jersey.
This allowed me to drive the car (not during rush hour) to the pick up location, and very easily take a subway home. The driver was on site waiting for me when I arrived with the car and was polite and professional.

Regarding 2 - Chris and Andrew worked with me to find a location within the US that they could deliver the car and I could reasonably get to from Vancouver.

Regarding 3 - The transit time across country was so fast that I couldn't fly from Vancouver to Seattle on the day the driver was ready to deliver the car. Chris worked with me to arrange pick up in a secured lot under Nationwide's control, thereby preserving chain of possession in case of any damage issues.

The car was rinsed off before I picked it up, making it easy to inspect. And the car was delivered with no damage.
