Just had my car delivered finally, a week late, the driver was extremely unhelpful, left us waiting after agreeing to get the car on a Sunday, were told he would be in mid afternoon and we didn't hear from him again for a day and a half. I almost had to call the police. I will not use this company again nor would I ever recommend NTS, they need to do a much better job of screening the contractors. the one star rating is for the Nationwide rep who tried to be helpful in tracking down the driver and delivery
