Sam Duncan was very helpful and professional. He made us feel like we were very well taken care of at all times. He was always in contact with us keeping up with our progress and what we needed. He provided a very helpful driver. Everything went so smoothly. Our vehicle arrived in perfect condition. Mr Duncan was a very hands on agent. I will definitely recommend Nationwide to all my friends. And of course I will definitely use nationwide again. And most importantly I will request that Mr Sam Duncan handle our business again. And will personally recommend him to my friends when they use Nationwide. The price was fair. Vehicle was picked up at exactly the time stated and was delivered at exactly the time stated. Also wanted to mention that Mr Duncan checked back with me today because he saw a message from us. It was actually an old message. But while I had Mr Duncan on the phone I told him how much I appreciated him and his company. Also ask if there was a way I could send in a review. It was at this time Mr Duncan sent the link to my email. Appreciate the opportunity to congratulate a job well done.
