Like everyone who ships a vehicle for the first time I had that typical "deer in the headlights" look. I originally typed in a request online for one particular company and got bombarded by so many companies looking for my business. I was horrified at how fast my personal information had been shared, and when Mark Craven called me the following day I was about ready to slit somebody's throat. He was calm and understanding and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. Was available every time I called back, did everything he could to make sure the vehicle was picked up on time, and I was at ease with the process. I highly recommend this company!!
