Nationwide Relocation services was hired to move our household from Knoxville TN to Getzville NY. Movers were scheduled to arrive Sept 29-30. They never showed up. They never returned any phone calls and we had no idea where they were. On Oct 1 we were forced to hire another moving company to move our household. Then, after the new company was hired Nationwide finally called to say they were 1 mile from the house. Because we didn't give them 5 days notice we cannot receive any of the $2000 refund we paid. We have argued with customer service for weeks and have not received any resolution or reasonable attempts to satisfy our complaint. The company should not have a business license. They are complete crooks.
