Waste of Time!

I contracted with these folks, due to problems with a previous company not picking up vehicle. I was promised by "Nikki" that car would get picked up before the weekend. She really sounded like she was on the ball. I called several times on that Friday and was told it would be a few hours, still waited, kept calling and "Nikki" was nowhere to be found.
On Monday, A person named "Nicole" called and said that she needed my debit card number. I asked who the heck she was and she said that she was in charge of my account. Asked to speak with the person I had been dealing with and was told that "Nikki" was not available. "Nicole" did not know anything about the car model, specific requests, nothing. I told her that I was not giving my debit info to someone that knew nothing about what was going on.
I called back and was transfered to the manager/owner "Sam"; do not think that was his real name. He said that the reason that my car had not been picked up was that it was located in too small a town that nobody wanted to go to. I then asked him if the car was taken to SanFrancisco, would a truck pick it up then. He told me that taking it there would help, but if I really wanted the car picked up from the original location, I needed to pay an additional $400!
"Sam" then requested that I drive the car from Northern Ca to Los Angeles; actually 50 miles east of LA, to their transit office, and that would guarantee shipment.

RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE!
