Never Picked Up/ Never Returned Deposit-STAY AWAY from this COMPANY

It is complete bullsxxt that you (Transport Reviews) keep removing my unsatisfactory review of Nationwide Transport Services due to them lying and stating they cannot ‘find' me as a customer! In looking at your reviews at are almost all great ‘reviews’. It appears that your company does not operate with the best interest of consumers in mind.

I contacted these guys (Mark Craven) after waiting over 10 days for Goodfellas Transport to pick up my car in a' Pennsylvania to California' haul. After about 5 days I received an email, not a call, that they had to assign a 'new carrier' and they would pick up in 3-4 more days and deliver in 7-9 days. I got on the phone and located All American Transport and they picked up my car that very same day (had a truck in the area) and delivered it in 4 days (Having 2 drivers). I called and emailed Mark to advise him that I had booked another company over 10 days ago. I have now called 3 times and he has still not refunded my DEPOSIT! He told me that he has sent 2 emails to the department that issues these and this is NOT something he controls.

Up date- They will not return my deposit. I have had to file a Fraud Claim with my Bank!
Finally got my deposit after 5 phone calls, several emails and posting several complaints. I also filed a fraud complaint with my bank.

Do you want to go through ALL this HASSLE if their driver flakes on picking up your car????????????

I left you a message. I apologize for the delay in getting the refund back to you.. Mark Did submit this back on Feb 7th so he did do his part to ensure you got your refund. We are not in business to take money from people and not provide a service. So I sincerely apologize this went the way that it did and I would hope that you consider using us in the future should you have any other shipping services needed.
