Horrid Service and Dishonest

I understood that there was a snowstorm on the east coast; however, I did not understand how the woman I spoke with on the phone could be so rude when I requested a refund due to the service I ordered was not provided. I requested priority service which was advertised as vehicle being picked up within 3 days. Then they told me that priority was "NOT guaranteed". Then why didnt I just pay for the standard service? Then I spoke to other people in transport companies, and they said that although there had been a snowstorm, drivers were still getting out and remaining on schedule. It took National Transport, 8 days to organize a pick-up and then the driver took ten days. Even though my car was picked up in Upstate New York, and the driver had just come from Buffalo, he stated he was going BACK to Niagra Falls before going south and towards California.
I found this company to be unresponsive, dishonest about their priority services, and extremely rude on the phone. The last woman I spoke with treated me like an idiot and said "you actually have been provided with priority service and you don't deserve anything more".
Do not use this company, wretched and stressful experience
p.s. all the good reviews are most likely from people being PAID by National Transport. just a guess
