Overall the service was good, but could be better. This was my first time using a vehicle transport company and didn't really know what to expect. Found this company online on a Bing search, got a online quote for $800 but unfortunately after a week of waiting they were unable able to find a driver to pick up my vehicle for the amount I was quoted. They said if I added more money it would help attract a driver for the job. So my total was raised from $800 to $1,000. Sure enough before the end of the day Someone took the job. I was quoted a Pick up and delivery of 6 days which was met perfectly, unfortunately I never received a call or any confirmation that the vehicle was ever picked up. I had no updates prior or during the transport. I did receive info by calling in to check up on it. So if you want updates you have to call. The worst part of the whole transaction was the actual delivery. Car was suppose to be drop at a house in a residential area, Instead I got a call that the driver was on the next street over. I said ok no problem ill go get him. As I got to the next street the car was already off the trailer in the middle of a busy 4 lane commercial street, right in front of traffic. I saw cars swerving around the last lane to avoid my car and the transport rig. So I had the driver take the car and follow me to the house, then took him back to his truck. He could have at least unloaded in a parking lot of something near by. Once again could have been avoided if he had bothered to call me before unloading the car. But in the end, arrived on time and still one of the cheapest estimates I got.
