never picked up car

I placed an order in advanced to have my mothers car (Toyota) picked up sometime between November 23- 30 and driven to Virigina. I was informed by their representative (and on my contract) of these days not being an issue to pick up.

In addition, I stressed to that person that my mother would not be in Indiana after those days and it would have to be signed over by someone else (as representing her per se). Her car would be parked in a spot reserved for the new apt tenant.

To date, it has not been picked up (Dec 5th). When I called Dispatch, I was informed that there were no drivers assigned to it yet. This is what I have been told every day during lasts and this week.

Howeve, I was informed that, if I increased the price another $100 dollars (above my original quote and contract price), it would be an incentive to get a driver out to the location much faster. It's not the money so much, as it is the principle of the matter.

If they were going to have a problem in picking up the car on schedule, I should have been notified of this from the very beginning. This is not the way to do good business. It feels like "bait and switch."
