I contacted them to move a car from Sarasota, Florida to Assonet, Massachusetts.
The first contact was with "Manny" who was helpful, and completely lied. He stated my car would be picked up by a National truck, and the same truck would deliver it with a driver in a National uniform.
They attempted to pick it up 2 days before contracted, and then went back a week later to finally pick it up.
They charged my card before I even had a contract in my hands.
I called to see when the car would be here now that it was late being picked up, and the told me it would be here on Tuesday 1/13/2009, even to the point of telling me that it would arrive at 5:30 p.m.
When that time came and went, I called back, and was given another number for dispatch, IT WAS ANOTHER SHIPPING COMPANY!, when I spoke to that company, they told me that they have picked the car up in Atlanta, and had given it to.....ANOTHER COMPANY. I was given a number to the driver, who told me that on 1/14 my car was still in Atlanta, and he was being held up by a DOT inspection.
The people at NAT are rude, liars, and money grubbing, IF I WAS YOU, I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM.
